This necessarily requires transparency as to how our fees are set.

We offer, at the customer’s choice, either hourly pricing, or a flat-rate assessment when possible, or pricing based partially on a ‘success fee’. We also offer various subscription plans.

Can influence the calculation of our fees, for example, the urgency of the file, the complexity of the question submitted, the specialization and experience of the lawyers, the importance of the case, the services to be performed, the chances of recovering the amounts requested, etc.

We have chosen a very flexible structure, which allows us to maintain our fees at a competitive rate.

In all cases, an engagement letter containing the specific conditions of our intervention as well as our general conditions is systematically sent for agreement to our customers before starting our mission.
